The AI looks for things like blurriness, low light, the subject being too far away, or the wrong angle. The feedback message tells you what to fix. Move closer, hold the phone steady, and turn on the flash if it’s dark.

I already submitted — can I add more?

Yes, but only if the business asks for more. They’ll send you a new link that opens straight to the items they need re-done.

How do I ask for more photos?

Open the submission, click Ask for more, tick the shots that need retaking, add a one-line note for each, and send. Your customer gets a fresh link that only shows the flagged items.

The fastest path to your first request

Five steps to send a request and review the result. If you only read one section, read this one.

Open New request

From the sidebar (or the bottom tab bar on mobile), tap Requests → New request. You can also use the + New request button in the top header.

1.Switch between Template and AI builder (AI is on Pro+)

What you should see

A two-column layout: templates on the left, an editable draft on the right.

Pick a template (or describe what you need)

Tap any template card — it loads a ready-made photo guide into the draft. Prefer to type what you need? Switch to the AI builder tab and describe the job in plain English.

Quick tip

The AI builder is available on Pro and above. Templates work on every plan.

Add the customer’s name and contact

On the right-hand draft, fill in the recipient’s name and either an email or phone number. We’ll email the link automatically if you give us an email.

Click Create request

We create the request, generate a unique link for your customer, and email it for you when possible. You’ll land on the request detail page where you can copy the link or send a reminder later.

What you should see

A toast confirming the request was created and the email was sent.

Review the submission

When the customer finishes, the request shows up under Dashboard → Ready to review. Open it, scan the AI feedback and readiness score, then either accept it or use Ask for more photos to request retakes.

Quick tip

First-pass acceptance counts toward your guarantee — if you have to ask for more, that request is automatically refunded back into your monthly allowance.
